EpiBiologics
About the start-up
EpiBiologics is a fast-paced biotechnology company developing therapeutic bispecific antibodies with a novel mechanism of action. Our proprietary EpiTAC platform enables the development of first-in-class and best-in-class targeted therapies that degrade disease driving membrane and extracellular proteins. This approach can be effective against a wide range of disorders that lack meaningful treatment options today.
The Opportunity
The goal of the project is to gain a mechanistic understanding of extracellular targeted protein degradation. The project will involve the design, generation, characterization, and optimization of multi-specific antibodies capable of degrading disease relevant proteins.
Primary responsibility
Design monoclonal, bispecific, or multi-specific antibodies.
Clone, express, and purify antibodies.
Characterize binding, biophysical properties, and in vitro activity of antibodies.
Analyze data and report findings to the broader group.
