During the first webinar you will have the opportunity to meet Grace Wei, COO and co-Founder at Encellin, who will share her inspiring story of how she made the transition from a university setting to navigating the start-up world and learning the lexicon for biotech from a business viewpoint. During the talk, Grace will share the ups and downs she has encountered along the way and how she has managed to overcome some of the obstacles that inevitably comes along.

Grace Wei is co-founder of Encellin, a medical solutions company developing next generation transplants to address some of the chronic diseases affecting 50% of the world’s population. Grace’s role in Encellin is building the framework to satisfy both biological and clinical considerations using live cell/tissue therapy with their proprietary encapsulation platform.
