Shomit Ghose is a general partner at Silicon Valley venture capital firm, ONSET Ventures, which he joined in 2001. Prior to becoming an investor he was a start-up entrepreneur with multiple successful exits. Shomit has also served as a lecturer in data science at UC Berkeley’s College of Engineering and in entrepreneurship at the University of San Francisco’s School of Management. He is an advisory board member at UC Berkeley's Sutardja Center, UC Riverside, the Innovation Center Denmark, the Lundbeck Foundation's DARE clinical fellowship program, and Novo Nordisk's BioInnovation Institute.
